Regarding Refunding of Amount:-

As Divine Bite Foods products are food items so these are NON RETURNABLE except in case you find the product damaged during transit at time of receipt by you.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee,

  • if you received a damaged or tempered product or,
  • if it is spoiled due to any fungal growth.

Images of the product with a 360° and opening videos are required for claiming your refund. Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 15 days from the date of Delivery.

When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. We do not refund users for postage expense of returning the goods. Refund will be as per price of the item(s), and does not include shipping or other admin costs.

If you find the product damaged upon receipt, please send us the images of damaged product with courier receipt photo by email at cs@divinebite.co.in within 1 day of receipt of damaged product.

Regarding Replacement of Product:

In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same excluding shipping charges.
