“Aam ki Ghisi Chutney or Spicy Grated Mango Pickle as you may call is the most sought after pickle in our family.
This chutney is so versatile that u can enjoy it will a plate of onion pakoraa, mathri or even make you boring khichdi taste good not to forget the mouth watering aaloo ka parathe. This is my naniji’s recipie handed over to my mother some 50 years ago.
Made from Ramkela mango’s it has a very sour and tangy flavor. The perfect amount of guntur chillis, heeng and niegella seeds give the balance of taste and spicy flavor to the pickle.”
