Returns & Refunds

  • Because Products are edible and have perishable attributes, returns/exchanges are not generally accepted.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Upon verification, we will either offer a replacement product or a refund for the affected Product(s).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference and practical feasibility.
