At Divine Bite Foods, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refund requests will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be used for no more than 25% of its quantity.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return and Refund Process

• To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at orders@divinebite.co.in with their order details and images of the product.
• Once the return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
• Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds will not be granted for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• If a return is initiated due to an incorrect order placement by the customer, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

• If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
